Aaron Clay – Personal Trainer
Aaron Clay was born and raised in Walnut Creek, California. He
picked up his first baseball bat and mitt when he was 4 years old
and followed his dream to be a professional baseball player by being
scouted in high school. This dream was shattered when his shoulder
required surgery during this time and effectively halted his ability
to play baseball. During his two years of physical therapy, he developed
a fascination with physical fitness and the biomechanics of the
body. Shortly thereafter he received his personal training certification
from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and pursued
his new dream of coaching others in their quest for fitness as a
personal trainer.
Over the years, Aaron has helped many of his clients reach their
own physical fitness goals and potential. He loves being a personal
trainer. His energy is contagious with his clients. He is well versed
in every type of training, understanding not only theory but practical
application from his own knowledge and experience.
Aaron works hard to adapt to each of his clients, striving to be
the perfect trainer for their needs. He will make you work and sweat,
getting you to your goal as soon as possible, with a healthy dose
of fun along the way.
